Sociales bring together all disciplines whose object of study is linked to the activities and behaviour of human beings.<\/p>

They analyse material and symbolic aspects of society.<\/p>

These areas have become an essential part of education in any country.<\/p>

During the cycle of secondary education, students study the following contents:<\/p>

YEAR 8: Physical Geography, Human Geography , Prehistory , Ancient History .
YEAR 9: Medieval History , Modern History .
YEAR 10: Physical Geography, Human Geography .
YEAR 11: Contemporary World History.\u00a0History of Spain .<\/p>

The Department of Social Sciences has ongoing activities concerning non-formal education , where students acquire new knowledge.<\/p>

Visits to sites, monuments , museums or professional activities \u00a0(Archaeology workshop) are of essential importance for practical learning within Social Sciences.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Las Ciencias Sociales agrupan todas las disciplinas cuyo objeto de estudio est\u00e1 relacionado con las actividades y el comportamiento de los seres humanos.<\/p>

Analizan los aspectos materiales y simb\u00f3licos de la sociedad.<\/p>

El Departamento de Ciencias Sociales tiene en marcha actividades de educaci\u00f3n no formal, donde los alumnos adquieren nuevos conocimientos.<\/p>
