Almunecar International School is an English medium, independent school for children aged three to nineteen years old. Founded in 1989, and owned by a consortium of parents on a not for profit basis, we were established to serve Spanish and expatriate families looking for an affordable British style education for their children. <\/span><\/p>

AIS is situated in Almu\u00f1\u00e9car on the Costa Tropical, with a fast road network serving a wide catchment area including Torrox, Nerja, Motril and Granada.<\/span><\/p>

We provide all our students with a caring and inspiring academic atmosphere in which to develop a genuine love for learning. We pride ourselves on the quality of our teaching and on the achievements and success of our students.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

AIS is a member of the National Association of British Schools in Spain (NABSS) and was inspected in the Spring term 2024, receiving full authorisation for the maximum of four years, until 2028.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Almunecar International School es un colegio independiente de ingl\u00e9s para ni\u00f1os de tres a diecinueve a\u00f1os. Fundado en 1989, y propiedad de un consorcio de padres sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, se estableci\u00f3 para servir a las familias espa\u00f1olas y expatriadas que buscan una educaci\u00f3n de estilo brit\u00e1nico asequible para sus hijos.
AIS est\u00e1 situado en Almu\u00f1\u00e9car en la Costa Tropical, con una red de carreteras r\u00e1pidas que sirven a una amplia zona de captaci\u00f3n, incluyendo Torrox, Nerja, Motril y Granada.
