SCHOOL FEES ACADEMIC YEAR   2008/20009

In order to reserve a place in ALMUÑÉCAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL the following conditions must be fulfilled: 

CONDITIONS

I.-The school fees have to be made in three payments (Early Years ½ to Year 11) or two payments for SIXTH FORM (Year 12 and 13). The payments should be made before the dates below.

 II.-A place will be reserved once the following requirements are fulfilled: full payment of the school fees from the previous year up to the mentioned date and payment of the Registration fee.

 III.-The school fees payment should be made as follows:

            Early Years 1/” to Year 11                First payment: before 1^st September 2008

                                                                                Second payment: before 1^st January 2009

                                                                                Third payment: before 1^st April 2009

            Year 12 and 13(Sixth Form)

                                                                                50% to be paid before 1^st September 2008

                                                                                50% to be paid before 1^st January 2009

IV.-Instalments of fees must be paid by standing order. If the school fees are not paid in by these dates the School reserves the right to charge 10% interest as a penalty fee apart from the late payment interest established by law.

V.-School fees are fixed and there is no reduction or refund in cases of absence, illness, withdrawal or dismissal.

VI.-To reserve a place it is an essential requirement to have paid all the school fees from the previous academic year or other payments.

VII.-If school fees are not paid in due time, the student will be immediately excluded from school.

VIII.-The School reserves the right to ask for the removal of any student who acts against school rules or behaves in a violent attitude against other students, teachers, management member or other staff, or the school resources or furniture.

IX.- For any child who is accepted into school during the school year, fees will be proportionally calculated from the date of entry. The same will apply to the inscription fee, depending on the remaining school days.

La escolarización en ALMUÑECAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL se encuentra sujeta a las siguientes   CONDICIONES

I.- Las cuotas escolares deberán abonarse por trimestres escolares en los cursos de Early Years 1-2 a Year 11   y en dos pagos para Year 12 y 13, en las fechas que se indican más abajo.

II.- Será requisito absolutamente indispensable para  tener plaza en el Colegio, y, en su caso, reserva anticipada de ésta, hallarse completamente al corriente en el pago de las cuotas colegiales establecidas, y el abono de la cuota de matrícula establecida.

III.- Las fechas de pago de las cuotas escolares se establecen de la siguiente forma:

          Early Years 1-2 a Year 11                         1º pago:             1 Septiembre de 2008

                                                                                 2º pago :            1  de Enero de 2009

                                                                      3º pago:               1 de Abril de 2009

           Year 12 y 13 (Sixth Form)                           50% a pagar  el 1 de Septiembre de 2008

                                                                        50% a pagar el 1 de Enero de 2009

IV.- Todos los pagos escolares habrán de efectuarse mediante domiciliación bancaria.

La falta de pago de las cuotas colegiales en los plazos establecidos dará derecho al Colegio a cargar un 10 % de la cuota en concepto de penalización por gastos  más los intereses legales correspondientes.

V.- La cuota escolar es fija y no se atiene a ningún tipo de descuento  o devolución por ningún concepto –ausencia, baja voluntaria o forzosa, enfermedad, etc.

VI.- Para adquirir derecho a reserva de plaza en el Colegio es requisito absolutamente imprescindible estar al corriente en el pago de todas las cuotas colegiales por cualquier concepto (exámenes).

VII.- El Colegio se reserva el derecho a dar de baja inmediata a un alumno/a por falta de pago de las cuotas colegiales en los plazos establecidos.

VIII.- El Colegio se reserva el derecho a dar de baja en la escolarización a cualquier alumno/a cuyo comportamiento no se ajuste a la normativa del Colegio, o desarrollen comportamientos agresivos o violentos contra otros alumnos, directivos, profesores y empleados del Colegio o contra el patrimonio o mobiliario de éste.

IX.- En caso de que algún/a alumno/a sea admitido en el Centro una vez haya comenzado el curso académico, la cuota a pagar se calculará de modo proporcional. Igualmente, se abonará la parte proporcional de la tasa de matrícula que corresponda según los días  que resten de curso académico
